Does anyone that have had a close family member pass away get tingling sensations run down their back ?

My boyfriend passed away a couple of weeks ago due to Adenocarcinoma (a rare type of terminal lung Cancer) and since his passing away i have had these weird tingling sensation running down my back constantly even when i don’t think of him…i have never really had this before unless i have had a fever or the flu.
