Cancer

I would like to know what are the symptoms of bowel Cancer?

I have pain in my lower left side and bowl movements which are covered in mucus with an oil looking discharge. I can have 4/5 movements a day and am in a lot of pain. I also seem to be losing weight even though i eat well. Some of my food is still identifiable when it has passed through my body. Any advice or opinions would be welcome.
