What Is Ovarian Neoplasm

5.5cm complex cyst,this will be 4th surgery, is anyone familiar with this?

My ultrasound results show a 5.5 complex cystic/solid right adnexal mass. The differential diagnoses includes endometrioma, complex hemorrhagic cyst, or cystic ovarian neoplasm. The last one mentioned could be cancerous. In addition to the 4 previous surgery’s, I’ve had at least 20 either rupture or resolve on there own. My symptoms include abdominal, back, and groin pain as well as the feeling of fingers between my ribs, headaches, severe constipation, fullness/bloating, and fatigue.
